The IM Series tunnel finishers are ideal for dry cleaners, formal wear, retail distribution centers, hospitals, stock rooms, hotels, institutional laundries and garment manufacturers; wherever space is an important consideration.
Using the same front to back configuration as our larger units (the IS and V Series tunnel finishers), the IM Series is able to process more garments while still providing more processing dwell time resulting in the best quality for its size.

Tunnel Finishing Reduces Pressing
The IM Series from Leonard Automatics is an easy-to-use tunnel finisher that will reduce your pressing demands by allowing most garments to pass directly from the washer or dry-cleaning machine to the tunnel. This will greatly reduce your dependence upon expensive and unreliable manual pressing. Stainless steel constructed twist conveyor eliminates corrosion and ensures long life.
Tunnel Finishers Improve Quality
The IM Series is manufactured with adjustable louvers allowing you to control the airflow within the tunnel and ensure even airflow across the garment for the highest possible quality. Additionally, tunnel finishing produces a “supple hand” to finished goods that your customers will appreciate.
Tunnel Finishing Increases Throughput
With production rates exceeding even the best pressers, the IM Series will dramatically increase your facilities overall throughput. The only tunnel finisher of this size to utilize front to back garment presentation gives greater processing dwell time within the tunnel providing higher production rates. The optional auto-loader will also minimize impact upon employees by allowing you to create a buffer of garments before the tunnel.
Tunnel Finishers Are Reliable
The IM Series is designed to be reliable and work day in and day out. For ease of installation, and to keep the system simple, all parts are labeled and pre-wired (where possible) prior to shipping, plus all utility connections are located conveniently on the top of the unit.
Fully Plumbed and Ready To Go
Steam traps and check valves are standard on every machine. We have provided ample room and easy access to steam coils and traps. Each unit is fully tested prior to shipping the ensure your new tunnel finisher arrives in working order.
